Every Mon Désir order is prepared with care. Regular drop items ship out within 7 business days of your order being placed. Shipping rates vary by location and the weight of your order, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns

Something not right? We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Reach out to us within that 5-day window and we will walk you through the next steps. After 5 days, items are no longer eligible for return.

Regular Drops vs. Preorders

Regular drops are pieces that are already made and ready to ship. When you order from a regular drop, your item ships out within our standard 7-business-day window, just like any other in-stock order.

Preorders are pieces from an upcoming release that are produced or sourced after you order. Because each preorder piece is made with intention, preorders ship within 4 to 8 weeks of purchase. Preorder items ship separately from in-stock pieces, and the 5-day return window begins once your preorder arrives.
